Constructora Navarro is a company with more than 30 years of experience in construction. We have built more than 15000 houses and 150 kilometers of roads. Constructora Navarro has more than 600 employees and a full technical staff with 15 engineers.

Relevant Facts

HACIENDA SAN AGUSTÍN CONDOMINIUMS, one of the biggest condominium projects completely built by Navarro. We have constructed more than 800 one-story condos.

Infrastructure of the five star PARADOR HOTEL, Manuel Antonio Quepos.

Construction of BARCELÓ AMAPOLA HOTEL, in Jacó.

Completion of 70 condominiums for RESERVA CONCHAL.

Extension of the PARQUE INDUSTRIAL ZETA, from GRUPO ZETA, in Cartago.

Currently we have many projects under construction and a large span of projects to be constructed like GOLDEN HILLS in Miramar that features a luxurious gated community in which all the construction such as the residences, golf course, shopping center and the one and two-story condos will be built by Navarro.

The residential projects of the Company PARAGON PROPERTIES, including land movements, residential and house constructions, total more than 14 high scale projects in the area of Parrita, Puntarenas and Miramar. Another relevant fact is the nomination given by the Costa Rican Trade Board to our Navarro President as the Business Man of the Year.

Our president Jose Navarro has been awarded by the Costa Rican Trade Board as the Business Man of the Year for 2006.
